Abstract EN

The phenomenon of corruption is one from the most dangerous phenomena , not only concerning the national economy but also different fields as the society and politics ones .Also the last can be the most dangerous one because of the relationship between politics and the different domains in life., so that the politic corruption is more dangerous than the economy one , and it can participate in its foundation which makes this phenomenon more attached in the society and makes its solutions more difficult .

The real causes for the corruption in its different types related to ethics, which means that the ethical system can make a strong assurance against any kind of corruption because it is attached with the personality of any one and in everywhere and in places and cases in which cannot be controlled by the strongest and the latest type of anticorruption means.
