Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to provide a clear picture of the effect of pressures facing the female teacher of learning disabilities on increasing her professional motivation and raising the level of her scientific upgrading.

The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of 39 phrases distributed over (6) dimensions, and a sample of (68) female teachers for learning disabilities in the city of Riyadh.

The results of the study showed that the work pressures sometimes affect the professional motivation of teachers of learning disabilities.

Also, the material and moral aspects and the relationship with colleagues and students' parents sometimes affect the professional motivation of teachers of learning disabilities.

While the relationship with administration and students rarely affects the professional motivation of teachers of learning disabilities.

Also, There were no statistically significant differences (0.05) between all dimensions, except for the dimension of material aspects and the dimension of relationship with students' parents, among which there was no statistically significant relationship (0.05).

However, there are statistically significant differences (0.05) between respondents with one to five years of experience and those who have 11 to 15 years of experience, on the side of those with less years of experience.
