Abstract EN

In this speech, we discussed the laws and legislations related to the reforms of the telephone sector as a mechanism for creating the climate of investment in Algeria.

The government opened the sector to domestic and foreign competition, which contributed to the growth of this sector in a remarkable manner.

This led to ending the state of monopoly and the beginning of competition among the institutions.

Unpredictable figures, especially with regard to the number of subscribers and the number of works, but the direct contribution of this sector to the national output has not reached the required level, but it is enough that this sector indirectly contributes to facilitating the activities of other sectors of the national economy.
