This second part of the study entitled « Arabic Linguistics and Phonetics » deals with the syntax in the neo-khalilian theory which, as already seen, is based on a far more abstract level than the one of the « subject-verb-complement », namely the level of governing and governed terms.
This analysis goes up to a level which is even more abstract, namely that of the super-govemment which we find at the discourse level.
Further more, the phenomenon of recursivity is exposed before dealing with the lexical and phonetico-phonological levels.
The study ends up with an analysis of the type of the formalization that is specific to this theory.

Cette second partie de l’étude intitulée « Linguistique et phonétique arabes » traite de la suite de la syntaxe dans l’analyse de la théorie néo-khalilienne qui, comme on l’a vu, est située à un niveau beaucoup plus abstrait que celui de « sujet –verbe-complément »à savoir le niveau au régissant et des termes régis.
Un niveau encore plus abstrait est celui de la surrection où se situe la position illocutoire.
On y aborde aussi les phénomènes de récursivité avant de traiter les niveaux lexical et phonético-phonologique.
On conclut par une analyse du type de formalisation propre à cette théorie.
