The study aimed to shed light on the Drawbacks (problems) facing supervisors in Islamic secondary schools and ways to settle them of treatment, and to identify the reality of supervisory work, and strive to raise its level, and improve the performance of supervisors in the field.

To achieve this, the study sought to answer the main question: What are the problems faced by supervisors in Islamic high schools? What are the ways to treat them? Because of its relevance to the study, it is a form of objective and structured scientific interpretation of theoretical information, the descriptive approach has been used to accurately describe the phenomenon, express it qualitatively and quantitatively, and identify problems.

Achieving the objective of the study required the preparation of three tools, such as the first tool (exploratory questionnaire) for supervisors, the second tool (preliminary questionnaire) for arbitrators and the third tool (final questionnaire) for the study sample, to determine the relative weight and importance of each problem.

The study sample included (30) supervisors, who were chosen in a deliberate manner.

The results of the study also found that there are six areas under which (62) problems face supervisors and limit their effectiveness towards the educational process.

The study includes five chapters: the problem, importance, objectives, limits and terminology, then the theoretical framework and previous studies and benefit from them, and then came the study procedures, and the program used statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) to conduct the appropriate statistical operations of the study, including: (iterations, arithmetic average, the study includes a number of figures and statistical tables to illustrate the study procedures and results.

Followed by a presentation of the most important results and interpretation, the study concluded with recommendations, including: the introduction of the problems (62) facing supervision, and work to develop solutions to address and reduce, and to spread the spirit of co operation and teamwork and be a friendly supervisor who is waiting to come to benefit from his expertise and guidance.

Proposals to: Conduct a comparative study between supervisory work in Islamic secondary and supervisory work in Islamic schools and high schools at the international level.

The study concluded with a list of sources, followed by appendices.
