mourning of a women whose her husband has died : it is forbidden for the widowed women to wear coloured clothes or use perfume and shouldn›t t finery after her husband death and it isn›t forbidden for only widowed womens but also for a womens whose divorce recently .

the different between amourn and idda is Amourn is avoiding the finery and decoration and sleeping outside her own home and avoid using kohl or any make- up.

iddah( arabic period of wating) is for ensure that the widowed women isn›t pregent and the menstruation prove this.

The time of women sorrow after her husband death or her divorce called iddah it is called iddah because she calculated the days imposed on her and Wait for vulva that promised on her .

the mourn is duty on the women whose her husband died and there is no discussion between jurists on it.

the jurists like( hanafi, maalikis,shafaisand yazidis) say that the widowed women should stay in her home and sleep in it not in another home.

It is allow to widowed women’s in her iddah to go in the morning to spend her needs.

the punishment for non-committed women’s in her iddah: the imams of the four decorationes say that the widowed women’s whose her husband died if she left her duty all the time or most of it and that was in ignorance there is nothing wrong but if it was intenationally she will sin on it but she won’t repeat the iddah because it’s time has passed ( it’s not allow to do something in not his time) And the iddah end with disobedience for example the widowed women’s left her own home and go to sleep in another one without any excuse she will disobey and her idahh will passed.
