This research concluded that Islam is careful to the safety of the couples from disadvantages and diseases, also it is careful to prevent infectious diseases transmission to others, therefore, scholars have determine many healthy defects that they lead to dissolution of marriage, generally either be preventing intercourse, or be dangerous itself in an inconsistent manner with the purposes of marriage.

And then the correct view that is consistent with the purposes of Shari'a and its rules about AIDS which is dangerous infectious disease and incompatible with the purposes of marriage.

And from that scholars considered AIDS one of the healthy defects that they lead to dissolution of marriage, because it's very dangerous on the couple, kids, and whole society.

As a conclusion harm must be removed in islamic shari'a.
