The UAE Labor Law 8 of 1980 regulates the relationship between the category of workers and employers.

The law defines the worker as every male or female working for a wage, whatever the type of service, under the management or supervision of the employer.

The employer also defines every person as natural or legal One or more workers are employed for remuneration of any kind.

The contract is also defined as any fixed-term or indefinite agreement between the employer and the worker, in which the latter undertakes to work for the employer and under his or her administration or supervision in return for a wage to be borne by the employer.

I prepared the research for the legal protection statement decided by the UAE legislator to deal with the abuse of the employer in the use of his rights determined by the law.

One of the reasons for preparing this research was the practical reality of the large number of workers' suits against employers regarding the termination of all employment contracts, In the use of their rights established by the Labor Law 8 of 1980 The study dealt with two issues in the first, clarifying the legal basis for the abuse of the employer in the use of his right.

I made a statement about the origin of the theory of arbitrariness in the use of the right in Islamic jurisprudence, the Egyptian civil law and the law of UAE civil transactions .

In the second case, the employer clarified the cases of abuse of the employer in the UAE Labor Law, which resulted in the arbitrariness of the employer in ending the vocational training contract, the contract of employment under experience, termination of the employment contract for not obeying the worker for his orders, The regulations defined by the UAE legislator were clarified to be taken into account by the court in determining the value of the compensation, whether the type of work performed by the worker or the amount of damage caused to the worker and the period of service of the worker at the employer
