La question de la garde en tant qu'effet du divorce et de ses dispositions, en particulier les nouvelles modifications des articles du Code algérien de la famille par l'ordonnance n ° 20-05, est un domaine jurisprudentiel, mais ne déroge pas aux principes et règles généraux de la loi islamique.
Il y a une différence dans la méthode d'adaptation et d'application de certaines particules.
