Social order rules uniting people have always existed at all stages of history.

It is no doubt that rules of law are the most significant of them all.

Law is the most superior set of rules in a society that contains concrete sanctions and impels people.

The culture of living together, respect for non-violent opinions, ideals and life styles, protection of the security and economic life in a society, and cultivation of an understanding to choose resorting to the Scales of Justice in order to solve conflicts between individuals of a society are all the concepts of consolidation of the notion of law.

As for the human rights culture, it has been a frequently used term in the last century.

In a nutshell, the term ‘human rights culture’ refers to providing restitution of human dignity which is burned and destroyed, considering a human as a sine qua non condition for social peace, accepting the differences as a prosperity, protecting the personality of an individual by preventing discrimination against religion, language, ethnicity, colour and gender, and living a life far from fear and an insecure environment.

Works to consolidate law and human rights culture are more than that of we have not done yet.
