Le connaissement électronique est considéré comme l’un des moyens les plus importants utilisés pour le transport maritime international des marchandises, et ainsi que les moyens les plus importants des anciens documents papier, et alors la majorité des pays et des organisations internationaux ont essayé à la régulation de ce lien selon la nature de la confirmation et de sentir confiant, en plus de chercher des solutions aux conflits de loi.
