Abstract EN

Administrative and financial corruption has become the biggest concern in political systems for it threatens their stability and their nations.

It represents the biggest obstacle which faces the attempts made by the State in developing its economy and improving the lives of its members.

Therefore, Algeria had favored all possible means (illegal, economic, social) to reduce the problem of corruption; for that, it devoted the declaration of property as a serious legal mechanism aimed at strengthening integrity, responsibility, and transparency to run public affairs.

However, the effectiveness as well as the actuality of property declaration remained linked to the theoretical fact (legal texts) on one hand and practical fact on the other hand, the way which leads to the emergence of several constraints that preclude the achievement of the desired goals to overcome the administrative and financial corruption.
