The various legislations have been concerned with regulating the work of the provider of electronic certification services because of its great importance, it is the intermediary between the signatory and the addressee and is the actual guarantor of the validity of the electronic signature, Algerian legislator did not leave this principle and enacted several laws regulating the work of the providers of certification services starting from The Electronic Signature and Certification law to the two executive decrees number 16-134 and 16-135 which define the nature, composition and organization of national and government authority, as one of the most important bodies that organize and control the work of the provider of électronique certification services.
