Abstract EN
The neo-khalilian theory is based on a new reading of the works of the first Arab grammarians and the (ialilian school in particular.
This latter is characterised by the use of the concepts of mathematics for the description of language which have also been adopted by the most recent linguistic theories.
Thus, the author develops through this paper the main concepts on which is based the school of yalil, namely the main concepts of a$/and far \ as well as the original concept of governing element.

La theorie neo-khalilienne cst basec sur une nouvelle lecture de 1’oeuvre des anciens grammairiens arabes, a savoir en particulier l’ecole d’al-tfalll lbn Ahmad, caracteriscc par l’usage de concepts mathematiques dans la description de la langue, usage actuellement consacre par les theories linguistiques les plus r6centes.
Par ailleurs, l’auteur d6veloppe a travers cet article les principaux concepts sur lesquels s’appuie I’ecole d’al tfalil, notamment les concepts de a$l et Jar4 ainsi quc le concept original de rdgissant.
