As evidenced by in the religious texts of the Holly Quran and the Sunnah، Islam upholds moderation in every aspect of belief، worship behaviors and dealing with each other.

Islam also forbids extremism، mistrusting people.

The research is a study of the religious extremism and all its inclusive dimensions.

It will also discuss Islam’s stance on this phenomenon through verses of the Holly Quran and the Sayings of the Prophet، and diagnosing the causes of its emergence and evolution.

This is due to the tact that if the causes are diagnosed، it is easier to develop solutions for such fatal extremism.

The current research will also show the relationship between extremism and expressions such as immoderation، terror، violence، assertiveness، excessiveness.
