Mohammed Anwar Shah Alkashmiri is considered one of the diligent contemporary scholars with his efforts in the Indian subcontinent.

This study provides a brief note of Sheikh Alkashmiri, pinpointing his jurisprudential preferences in the issues that he has discussed in his explanation of Tirmithi’s Sunnas- in his books of Charity and Fasting.

The researcher starts with Alkashmiri’s jurisprudential opinions and presents evidence and objections to it.

He then tackles his preferences and criticism, concluding with the advantages of Shaikh Alkashmiri’s explanations, the results of the study and recommendations.
