Abstract EN

This study deals with proving the kinship through the Prophet’s Hadith “these feet belong to each other”.

I address this Hadith in an originalizing study revealing the mysterious elements in the Hadith and the total meaning and all the possible issues raised in it.

this is due to the fact that the Hadith is considered a source of information, which the contemporary scholar have mostly depended on.

I have made use of the inductive approach which traces the scholars’ opinions in the interpretations of the Hadith to elicit the jurisprudential issues.

I have also made use of the analytic approach to elicit the significances and original principles of genetic and hereditary fingerprint, tracing the contemporary scholars’ opinions in such issues, proving of disapproving the kinship.

The study is hopefully considered a reference for students in this field.
