Abstract EN

This study aims to collect the deviations of Ibn Balbalan’s “Akhsar Almukhtasaraat” for doctrine dependent in late Hanbalis in worships, putting it in a volume, studying them and clarifying the doctrine disagreement, and pinpointing the preferred opinions.

The study has concluded with some findings the most important of which are: i) the book (i.e.

“Akhsar Almukhtasaraat”) follows Hajawai’s book (i.e.

“Aleqna’a”) in many of the issues raised, ii) there are 16 issues in which the author deviates doctrine dependents and iii) the “Akhsar Almukhtasaraat” is one of the dependent books in late Hanablis reading and teaching.
