This study aims to shed light on reimbursed money, clarifying its several types supporting that with the legislative provisions for reference.

These are the reimbursed money from enemies, pinpointing the scholars’ opinions, whether it is a right for the beneficiary or the owner, the orphan’s money reaching puberty, and the time of puberty.

The researcher discusses the reimbursed money from debts, and whatever related to it, like Zakat, the reimbursement from robbery and theft and whatever related to it.

He also discusses several other issues like dowry, brokenness, wad, etc.

and all relevant provisions.

The research concludes with the most important findings and recommendations.
