Abstract EN

This study aims at solving the jurisprudent problems of riddles.

Riddle approach enables researchers to acquire the necessary skills in debate and deduction talent, and understanding the difficulty in them.

This approach also points to the high care of Faqiihs in diversificating the jurisprudent branches to be understood and kept easily, enabling a wide range of solving new imposed problems, and identifying and differentiating originals from branches.

Riddles and their constraints are considered a funny approach, having a great deal of benefits in formulating the utterance structures that have double meanings in a very fascinating manner.

The researcher believes that riddles in worshipping jurisprudence have to be formulated in the scientific and cultural levels of the addressed, but should not be so mysterious that they could not be understood by the readers.

Riddles should be precise and concise, i.e.

clear in words and meaning, indicating what is meant by and in them without ambiguity.

These riddles, however, differ from enigmas in that the latter have hidden meaning and mysterious purpose, with hidden symbolic targets.

They though share some features with them like hiding specific meaning and what is meant.

The purpose of the puzzles, the researcher believes, is urging and motivating people to discover more hidden aspects of what is meant by a particular puzzle.

They are also a means of scientific enquiry and mental discovery in investigating, solving and identifying the basics and their branches, and more importantly for Muslims to do what is right and abandon the otherwise
