Abstract EN

This study aims at exploring the psychological stress among the students of the Faculty of Education-Nadira, and the nature of the differences in psychological stress diagnostic scale according to (gender, the level of study and specialization) variables.

The study involves (180) students- both male and female, using psychological stress diagnostic scale, prepared by the researcher.

The results show that the most common psychological stresses are those relating to Study Level, followed by Political Stress and finally Social Stress.

Regarding gender, there are statistically notable differences between male and female with respect to some variables, and no differences regarding others.

There are no statistically notable differences between both genders regarding Study Level.

However, some differences were noted regarding health aspect, more noticeably for level three in particular.

Regarding Specialization Variable, scientific majors score more with respect to economic status,
