This study aims to highlight the characteristics of Abraham’s PBUH leadership through the Qur’an texts, which represents a model in effective leadership, employing Alsa’di’s and Said Qutb’s interpretations due to representing two contemporary interpretation schools.

The study highlights the basic concepts and characteristics of leadership and connects it to Abraham’s PBUH leadership, and the possibility of applying it today.
