English Abstract

This study to Know the Extent of the Public Administration in Supply Contracts.

.

The first issue : the concept of administrative contracts and their characteristics, and the second requirement : the types of administrative contracts, then the first chapter : what are the administrative supply contracts through : The requirements of administrative supply contracts, and then the second chapter : The legal nature of administrative supply contracts, through the first topic : Selection of the contractor with the administration in the administrative supply contract, Then the conclusion, conclusions and recommendations.

The most important results were : The administrative supply contract is subject to general principles governing its implementation and the implications thereof, based on the fact that the supplier has become a partner of management in the management of public utilities.

The administrative supply contract ends normally by the time agreed upon by the parties or the fulfillment of the obligations that constitute the subject matter of the contract and may end prematurely either by agreement of the parties or by force majeure or dissolution by reason of a contractual error, whether the fault is from the management or the supplier itself.

The researcher wishes the Jordanian legislator to follow the example of the French legislator by adding the leases of products, equipment and financial leasing as a photocopy of the administrative supply contract instead of a paragraph on contracts for the purchase of products or equipment.

The real purchase lies in the use of the item and not in its ownership
