Abstract EN

This paper studies the New Christianity as being the sect coming after the revolution against the church, in the period between 2005 and 2013, when Pope Benedict XVI took efforts to direct the New Christianity towards faith preserving the Church’s values religiously, ethically and politically.

This research tries to crystallize some of these values, clarifying Islam’s position in terms of agreement and difference using the inductive method amalgamated with the analytical approach.

The study concludes that secularism could not erase the religious aspects in Western societies, which were not happy despite their scientific progress, and that Islam is the true religion for leading humanity in all aspects of life.
