Abstract EN

The paper studies a cultural text by one of the Shafie Imams on camels’ Zakaat noted by Shiekh Imam Jamal-u-lIslam Ali bin Muslim (known as Alshahrzuri) as an answer to a question in this regard.

The Imam was asked as to how to pay camels’ Zakaat by those who get a camel a day, along the year (i.e.

360 camels in a year).

Then he answered thoroughly, detailing each and every aspect about the issue in question.

There are two foundations: the first concerns individual property obtained during the year, and the second a property within other properties during parts of the year.

The question then is which to follow? Although there is a difference in Shafie’s school (old and new) and new reliable schools, it is the individual that we have to consider.

The researcher gives the issue full and careful consideration accompanied by a brief bibliography of the author, his soul be in peace.
