The Iraqi constitution of 2005 has a role in promoting privacy as well as the Iraqi Penal Code, where it contains many legal provisions that criminalized espionage on the privacy of others.
It also dealt with the criminalization of disclosure of the secret of others and considered it prejudicial to that privacy protected by the constitution with negative effects, And then eliminate them in order to keep the privacy of individuals in the right place and without anything destabilize and keep them away from the correct stability, which strengthens the matter and strengthens the confidence among members of society, especially in the commercial center, and the relationship of personnel with the employees of government departments in connection with the payment of tax in the country.

La constitution irakienne de 2005 a un rôle à jouer dans la promotion de la vie privée ainsi que dans le Code pénal irakien, qui contient de nombreuses dispositions légales qui criminalisent l’espionnage dans la vie privée d’autrui.
Elle traitait également de la criminalisation de la divulgation du secret d'autrui et estimait qu'elle portait atteinte à la vie privée protégée par la constitution avec des effets négatifs, puis les éliminait afin de préserver la vie privée des individus au bon endroit et sans rien déstabiliser et conserver.
les éloigner de la stabilité correcte, ce qui renforce la matière et renforce la confiance entre les membres de la société, en particulier dans le centre commercial, et la relation du personnel avec les employés des services gouvernementaux en ce qui concerne le paiement de la taxe dans le paye.
