Abstract EN

This study focusses on clarifying the concept of Sharia’s purposes in dealing with non-Muslims.

Its importance stems from the status of Sharia’s purposes in dealing with non-Muslims, specifically at this time when the Islamic nation is facing critical problems and turns.

It also lies in the fact that the issues that are related to the religious characteristics and the judicial and sultanic provisions, are very important in the relationship of Muslims with the “Others” and enjoy a prominent status in legitimate politics.

The study of this topic helps to remove the tension between Muslims and non-Muslims at the level of individuals, communities and countries.

The research aims to clarify the concept of the purposes of dealing with non-Muslims.

The researcher employs the descriptive analytical approach, as well as the inductive approach in tracking the purposes discussed in the research
