Abstract EN

This study aims to collect the issues and aspects of the prayer in Islam making them available for those who do not speak Arabic.

The Prophet Mohammed is the crown of prophecy and His Sharia is also the crown of all religions, articulated in Qur’an, Allah’s Arabic word, transferred to Him by the Angel Gabriel.

Prayer being the second Pillar of Islam should be performed in Arabic, and how it should be done by those who do not speak Arabic.

The research is divided into three parts: the first deals with the provisions of reading the Holy Qur’an in a language other than Arabic.

The second deals with the provisions of the reading of those who do not speak Arabic, and the third concerns articulating non-Qur’anic expressions in the prayer, pinpointing the opinions of Faqihs, their proofs, the preferred, the must and concluding with some findings and recommendations.
