Abstract EN

This study deals with the role of leadership in managing the economic life and crises, taking Yusuf (PBUH) as a model, through clarifying the economic and leadership cycles.

The study employs the analytical descriptive approach.

The researcher defines the leadership and management, clarifying the reality of economic cycles and explaining the role of leadership in managing economic cycles based on Yusuf’s (PBUH) leadership.

This is due to the fact that such phenomena have direct effects on people’s life, be it public or private.

The importance of the study stems from its being connected to one of the contemporary human sciences, viz.

economic management in the light of the Holy Qur’an stories.

The study also answers the question that underlies the research problem: What is the role of leadership in managing economic life and crises ?
