Abstract EN

The current research is titled (The Role of Hisbah in Maintaining the Fundamentals of Islam’s Aqidah)، since Hisbah (accountability) in Islam is not only a moral reformation or purification and guidance call، but it is a Jihad (striving) on the path to Allah (GOD)، following his commands، and abandoning his prohibitions.

The researcher depended on two approaches، the descriptive analytical and the inductive; divided the research into three subjects، each includes several claims.

The most important outcome of the research is: Islamic law keens on enjoining good and forbidding evil.

One of the most important recommendations of the research is: Promoting the concept and jurisprudence of Ehtesab، as all individuals of the society can enjoin good and forbid evil، especially the father in his house … promoters and different segments in accordance to their capacity and ability.
