Abstract EN

This study aims at measuring the impact of knowledge management on the performance in PetroEnergy Company for Oil and Gas Operations by using balanced score card.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method.

The population of the study consists of (260) company employees’, who were chosen through the simple random method.

The study results revealed the existence of a significant effect of knowledge management on using non-financial indicators as one of balanced score card dimensions.

Moreover, there is a significant effect of knowledge management on using growth and learning; as well as on internal operations; and employees’ satisfaction.

Based on these results, a set of recommendations and suggestions were provided for both companies and researchers
