Abstract EN

This study aimed at establishing a knowledge and conceptual framework for the subject of rental credit, as well as enriching the reader and the beneficiary with adequate information about it to reduce the cognitive gaps of those interested in this issue by measuring the extent of available and unavailable basic requirements of higher education to activate it in the Iraqi environment, while identifying the main variables that directly affect the study subject.

The survey method was adopted via submitting a questionnaire for a number of specialists in the field of higher education in Iraq, who are related to the field of study.

The study most significant results include: rental credit is beneficial to all parties involved in the relationship from supplier to the leaser and the tenant but with the existence of necessary requirements to activate it.

The study recommends the necessity to encourage paying due attention to the activity of rental credit in Iraq by achieving the necessary requirements to provide the appropriate environment to activate it.
