Abstract EN

The study aimed to explore the effect of the Sudanese Public Corporation’s performance through the exploratory role for transference leadership style in the relationship between external environment and performance.

In order to achieve this goal, the study model had been built depending on previous studies and theories.

The study adopted the descriptive method, a questionnaire was designed for data collection from a sample of a Sudanese Public Corporations, whereas (152) questionnaires were distributed, while (132) were retrieved representing 82% of the total sample.

The data had been processed through the use of (AMOS, 23), as well as modeling the structural equation for hypotheses testing.

The study findings indicated the existence of an effect for some of external environment elements on public corporations performance and leadership transference level.

Also, transference leadership explains partially the relationship between the external environmental elements and the performance of public corporations.

The study stresses the importance of prediction, the diagnosis and studying of the external environment elements at public corporations due to their effect on leadership transference and performance in order to achieve an excellent performance and competitive advantage
