دور التقنية في تطوير الأداء المصرفي بالمصارف السودانية : دراسة تطبيقية على بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني في الفئرة 2005 م-2015 م

Abstract EN

This study aimed to examine the impact of modern technology in developing the performance of Sudanese banks; whereas Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan was chosen as a case study.

The study problem attempted to explore how Sudanese banks have benefited from modern technology.

The study assumes the existence of a relationship between the usage of modern technology and the development of the bank performance in Faisal Islamic Bank-Sudan; as well as assuming that the banking technology has a crucial role in increasing banking activities.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method in analyzing the questionnaire data through using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Program (SPSS).

The study main results indicated that the use of modern technology in banks reduces the efforts; money; time; and quality of service provided for their customers.

The study calls for more co-ordination between banks and communication companies; as well as giving more attention for advanced technical training for bankers.
