Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational structure on performance efficiency; whereas it adopted the descriptive and analytical method depending on both secondary and primary sources for gathering the data.

To deal with the analytical aspects of the research topic; the study relied on a questionnaire, which was distributed to a random sample of 110 staff who work in various jobs and grades in some government corporations.

The study most important findings indicated that the current organizational structure of the organization is working to achieve its goals; while it’s most important recommendations calls for the organization to develop its own organizational structure in order to be in line with the aspirations of its workers.
