Abstract EN

From the most important issues in Hadith science is to differentiate between the correct and in correct Hadith specially concerning the origin of the religion, from the issues of belief and disbelief which disillude a lot, stray many writers, falls many heads because of the absence of ignorance of the correctness of the texts and not knowing its contents or notions.

This research will treat a famous Hadith on the tongues of people from heralds and science students … etc.

This Hadith is "who comes to an imposter and asks him about something and believe him, his prayers will not be accepted for forty days." The Hadith finds out that the word "believe him" is an odd word.

It does not have what verifies or strengthens it with its disagreement with the text of the Quran and the Al-Bab Hadiths.

Besides it does not come from the correct books and origins.

- The differentiation in the judgement between who believe and its result and between who do not believe and its result is static in many Hadith from the prophet, peace be upon him.

- Most progressive from recent to make the previous word wrong , most delayers to correct it to be able to combine the two narrations.

- Often who correct Hadith from delayers go to the possibility of combination of the two tales.

It is true that first proving the text .Then putting away its opposing if it is possible and this what do recent ones.

The combination or collection is one branch to prove the text as it is said, "fix the throne then prescribe it."
