Abstract EN

The study aimed to explain the role of human resource planning in improving the efficiency of employees performance; whereas the human resource planning was considered as the independent variable, which is measured through five subsidiaries dimensions including (top management satisfaction, environmental analysis, formation of the plan, planning execution, follow up and assessment), and the efficiency of employees performance represents the dependent variable.

The study problem had been determined through a number of questions that aimed to explore the relationship and effect of human resource planning in improving the efficiency of employee’s performance.

Accordingly, a number of hypotheses had been formed in order to identify the reality of human resource planning system and its effect on employee’s performance; whereas the Investment and Financial Bank had been selected as a case study.

The study depended on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed for a selected random sample of (45) employees of the bank; while using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program for analyzing the data.

The study main findings indicated the existence of a relationship and impact for human resource planning on the efficiency of employee’s performance.

The study main recommendations calls for diagnosis of the system and identifying its main obstacles, and work to solve them in order to improve the role of human resource planning in raising the efficiency of the bank employees performance.
