Abstract EN

This study examined the role of strategic planning in the performance of human resource in the Sudanese banks.

Also, it aimed to explain the concept of strategic planning and its role in the human resource creativity in the banking branches in North Darfur State.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method depending on secondary sources of data.

The study hypothesized the existence of a statistical significant relationships between external and internal environment, the implementation and assessment of strategy and creativity in the banking branches in North Darfur State.

All these hypotheses had been verified.

The study calls for the Sudanese banks to adopt the practicing and application of strategic planning process in all its operations and activities through a scientific organized technique, and to consult the specialist and the experts in this field.
