Abstract EN

The study aimed at analyzing and clarifying the difficulties encountered by economic corporations in measuring talent; as well as in trying to find methodological and practical solutions for its measurement and discovery.

The problem of the study can be summarized through the following questions: What are the difficulties encountered in measuring the talent within the economic corporation? Does a practical mechanism exist to enable the corporation to discover the talent? To achieve the study objectives, the following hypothesis was tested: talent is extremely difficult to measure, which affects the task of its discovery by the corporation.

The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach; as well as depending on information collected from references, periodicals, articles, and Web sites.

The study found that talent measurement, despite its importance, is an extremely complex procedure in the context of an economic corporation.

This is due to several factors, the most important remains the human one.

Accordingly, the study suggests a model for helping economic corporation to measure and discover talent.
