Abstract EN

This study aimed to examine the impact of leadership style on the relationship between the managerial control and decision making.

The study used the descriptive method to describe the nature of the relationship between the study variables.

The study was conducted on a sample that contains head departments and sections employees; whereas a number of (160) questionnaires were distributed, (145) were retrieved, and (130) questionnaires were valid for analysis.

The study used Alpha Chronbach test to test the reliability of data, and the regression analysis to test its hypotheses; while the SPSS program had been used to analyze the study data.

The study reveals the existence of a positive relationship between managerial control and decision making.
