دور المؤسسات الإنتاجية في تطبيق أسلوب "الإدارة الرشيقة" : دراسة ميدانية على المؤسسات الصيدلانية الجزائرية

Abstract EN

This study sheds the light on one of the latest methods in the production management; which is “lean management”, it exposes the different forms of waste that the company faces during the production process, and via the analytical descriptive approach it shows that the lean management plays an effective role in the elimination of waste in the company through a set of mechanisms and tools that are the basis of this method.

Through a practical study on a set of Algerian pharmaceutical companies it has been found that these companies are strongly committed for providing all necessary possibilities for the application of lean management.

Furthermore, their training policy is consistent to some extent with the application requirements of this method.

However, the prevailing culture in these companies, especially the absence of the spirit of cooperation between top management and workers remain the biggest drawback to the application of this kind of management.
