The study aimed at recognizing the effect of the uttered word on the decision of car purchasing based on information and standardization.
To achieve these aims a questionnaire was developed and distributed randomly among (250) persons; out of this sample (223) questionnaires were statistically analyzed.
The study concluded that, the effect of the uttered word on purchasing decision based on information and standardization was weak; in addition, there was a correlation relationship between the uttered word based on information, the income level, and education level.
The study recommended that, officials in automobile companies should give more attention to the uttered word, because of its significance and effect in the decision of car purchasing.
