Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

The study assumed the existence of a statistical significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; as well as the existence of a statistical significant relationship between job satisfaction and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, which includes: Altruism, Courtesy, Sportsmanship, Civic virtue, and Conscientiousness.

A questionnaire was used to collect the data from (100) employees from Majmaah University in order to fulfill the study objectives and to test its hypotheses.

The most important findings of the study showed that organizational citizenship behavior is highly prevalent among the staff in the Majmaah University.
