Abstract EN

The study attempted to answer the following core question: How to benefit from the application of the scientific methods of risk management in achieving excellence standards at Giad Group of Industrial Companies? The study aimed at identifying the level and impact of applying risk management methods in achieving the excellence Standards at Giad Group of Industrial Companies.

The study adopted the deductive, inductive, historical, and descriptive methods.

The study main findings indicated the lack of a specialized body within the organizational structure of Giad Group of Industrial Companies that deals with risk management; and despite the attempts made by the Giad Companies for incorporating risk management, but they were not carried out in a professional way.

Accordingly, the study calls for the necessity of establishing a specialized department within the organizational structure at Giad Companies that deals with risk management.

However, this department should be completely independent and report to the general manager, as the case in well established business organizations.
