Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the concept of risks and their role in the relationship between the provision of finance elements and financial performance of banks.

The study problem can be summed up in the following questions: Is compliance with the provision of finance elements contributes in improving the financial performance of Sudanese commercial banks? Is credit risk affects the efficiency of financial performance of Sudanese commercial banks? A questionnaire had been designed and refereed, then applied on a random sample of Sudanese banks.

The data had been processed and analyzed using the SPSS program.

The study adopted the deductive, inductive, and historical methods.

The study most important findings showed that the compliance with the provision of finance elements can guarantee the soundness of financial performance of bank.

The study calls for the bank higher administration to design a clear strategy for managing finance in order to control and reduce credit risks, as well as activating performance.
