Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the managerial attitudes towards administrative development techniques, and their link to the personal and employment variables.

The study hypotheses had been developed based on previous studies; the study depended on the purposive sample, whereas 135 questionnaires had been distributed; 125 were returned which represent about 75% of response rate.

To test the hypotheses different statistical techniques had been used.

The findings revealed that managers had positive attitudes towards administrative development techniques.

However, the results also showed that there is no correlated relationship between (sex, age, academic qualification, years of experience, and employment grade) and managerial attitudes towards administrative development techniques
