Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توظيف معلمي اللغة العربية في مديرية تربية و تعليم محافظة البلقاء لاستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة من وجهة نظرهم، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2018 / 2019 و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي و معلمات اللغة العربية بمدارس محافظة البلقاء، و بلغت عينة الدراسة ( 80 ) معلما و ( 120 ) معلمة، و استخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، بعد التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، و اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات المعلمين و المعلمات على الأداة ككل، و المتعلقة لاستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة في مديرية تربية و تعليم محافظة البلقاء من وجهة نظر معلميهم، بلغت ( 4,31 ) و بانحراف معياري ( 0,46 ) و بدرجة مرتفعة و أن أعلى الاستراتيجات جاءت لمجال التعلم النشط بمتوسط حسابي ( 4,60 ) و بانحراف معياري ( 0,45 ) تلاها مجال التعلم من خلال المشكلات بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4,52) و بانحراف معياري ( 0,60 )، و جاءت أقل الاستراتيجيات التفكير الناقد بمتوسط حسابي بلغ ( 3,70 ) و بانحراف معياري ( 0.55 ) ، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( α≤0.05) بين درجة درجة توظيف معلمي اللغة العربية في مديرية تربية و تعليم محافظة البلقاء لاستراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة على الأداة ككل، تبعا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، و المؤهل العلمي، و سنوات الخبرة.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the degree of employing Arabic language teachers in the Directorate of Education and Balqa Governorate for modern teaching strategies from their point of view, in the second semester of the academic year (2018/2019) and the study population of all teachers of Arabic language, Balqa Governorate schools The sample of the study was (80) teachers and (120) teachers.

The study used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, after verifying its validity and consistency.

The results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages of the responses of teachers, on the tool as a whole, and related to modern teaching strategies in the Directorate of Education Balqa Governorate from the point of view of their teachers, reached (4.31) and standard deviation (0.46) and high degree, and that the highest strategies came to the field Active learning with an arithmetic mean (4.60) and standard deviation (4.52) followed by the field of learning through problems with an arithmetic mean (3.70) and standard deviation (61‚0) followed the least critical thinking strategies with an arithmetic average of (0.55) And a standard deviation (0.85) and no significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between The degree of employing Arabic language teachers in the Directorate of Education in Balqa Governorate for modern teaching strategies on the tool as a whole, according to gender variables, educational qualification, and years of experience.
