Abstract EN

The study dealt with the constitutional and legal limits of administrative control, through an introduction to the subject addressing the problem of the study and its importance.

I then presented the study plan which included three parts.

In the first part, I dealt with the basis of the responsibility of the administrative control bodies for their works through two sections, the first dealt with the basis of the responsibility of the administrative authority in for its works and the second dealt with the responsibility of the administrative control authority for its works.

The second part dealt with the impact of the application of the principle of legitimacy on administrative control, while the third part dealt with the constitutional and legal protection of rights and freedoms as a constraint on administrative control through two sections.

The first dealt with the constitutional organization of rights and freedoms, and the second dealt with the legislative organization of rights and freedoms, followed by the conclusion and the results the study reached
