Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the use of governmental web-sites of agencies and authorities in the Emirate of Sharjah.

In order to achieve this, the study applied a questionnaire to (300) individuals in random manner with a total of (50) individual for each department or one of the following departments and bodies: Sharjah Police, Sharjah Municipality The Department of Residence and Foreigners Affairs, the Sharjah Airport Authority and the Sharjah Water and Electricity Authority.

Data analysis showed that: 1.

The identification of social networking accounts of government institutions, as well as the availability of jobs available to them, is one of the main reasons for dealing with their websites, in addition to news and transaction procedures, especially payment transactions.

The fields of electronic applications for government departments and agencies in Sharjah.

Applications were submitted through electronic forms and payment of fees through electronic payment.

The satisfaction generated by the use of dealers for the websites of government departments and agencies in Sharjah was a sense of happiness and access to government service easily.

4.

The interaction with the websites of the departments and governmental bodies in the Emirate of Sharjah is to access the account departments and bodies on social networking sites and chat with employees.

In light of these findings, the study recommended several recommendations.
