Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to study the impact of E- knowledge represented by e-learning and the Saudi digital library services in achieving optimal use of educational resources at King Khalid University - College of Business as an example of governmental educational institution.

In order to achieve this goal, a sample (69) representing the research community: staff members, some post graduate female section, and eighth level female section was drawn, using SPSS and the Structure Equation Modeling by AMOS program.

The data and assumptions were analyzed according to collected data from the research community.

the research findings that the quality of services provided and ease of use have an effective and direct influence in improving the efficiency of the use of educational resources.

Moreover, Depending on E-knowledge increase the ability to achieve a tangible addition in improving the outputs of the educational process.

Finally, it helps to overcome problems that can hinder the educational process because of lack of material and human resources.
